Ingredients
Peanut Butter Banana:- 2 scoops Weight Gainer Blend (Vanilla)
- 150ml whole milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- Handful of ice
- 2 scoops Weight Gainer Blend (Vanilla)
- 250ml whole milk
- 2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 50g oats
- Handful of ice
- 2 scoops Weight Gainer Blend (Vanilla)
- 250ml whole milk
- 75g Greek yoghurt
- 100g frozen blueberries
- Handful of ice
Method
- For each shake, simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
