Protein Hot Chocolate 2 Ways

We’ve teamed up with @kirstyfletcher to give you two delightful winter drinks. Whether you need something to warm you from within on a cold evening, or a chilled festive refreshment for post-workouts, we’ve got you covered.
1. Classic High-Protein Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
* 25g
Method
- First, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until you get a smooth mixture.
- Now, pour the liquid into a pan and stir over a low/medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Be sure not to overheat or burn the mixture and make sure to stir to avoid lumps forming.
- Carefully pour the heated mixture into a mug, add any toppings of choice (these are completely optional), then enjoy!

2. Candy Cane White Chocolate Protein Shake
Ingredients
* 25g
* 8g White Chocolate Protein Spread
Method
Add the milk, protein powder, and Protein Spread into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth. - Pour into a tall glass and then top with plenty of reduced-fat whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed up candy cane pieces!
- Serve immediately (the challenge is trying not to down it in one go, it’s so delicious).
