Please note:

Customers in KSA are subject to a 15% import tax and customers in Kuwait are subject to a 5% import tax which is required to be paid on delivery.
Customs/VAT charges may be applied in: Bahrain and Qatar.
During private-sector work suspensions and holidays, orders may be delayed.
Deliveries to remote areas in UAE take place once or twice a week.
Deliveries to remote areas in KSA may take 5-8 days.
Deliveries to Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait may experience delays at customs.

Due to recent changes made by Saudi Arabia Customs, customers with orders valued over SAR1,000 will have to provide the following on collection:

1. Consignee First, Middle and Last Name
2. Consignee Date of Birth (Day - Month - Year)
3. ID or Iqama Expiration Date (Day - Month - Year)
