This is the only creatine I will use now. I personally prefer the unflavoured version, you get a slight after taste but it's not too overpowering. I find this really helps improve my performance in my workouts.

Nothing crazy just plain creatine. Tbh haven't noticed any difference but still take it because even a little bit helps

Does the job but take it easy
It does the job. Definitely feel an Improvement in my performance but in most cases stick to the recommended dose. More does not always mean better with this one. Get blood tested for kidney function before taking long term aswell.

Unique taste!
I usually take clear, flavourless protein however this was on offer so thought I’d give it a whirl! It’s like drinking squash, I really like the flavour but some might find it too sweet I take this every day with water & I definitely feel like my muscles recover quicker

Blue Raspberry - amazing no faults
Blue Raspberry: mixes well, tastes great, no complaints at all - 5*** Tastes like Blue Raspberry, mixes really well even without a proper shakedown bottle but I use the metal ball one and works totally fine. No clumps, nice and cheap as creatine is, no issues or complaints.
