Results after a couple months
I am just about to finish my second pot, i have seen a big improvement in my nails, they kept splitting down the middle and thin after using dip gels. They are stronger now and dont split. My hair loss is now reducing. I have just purchased 2 more pots. Its not a quick fix, but works if you keep at it.

Received it for free, probably wouldn't buy it otherwise. It tastes really good, can't say much about the advertised effects (I guess my hair and nails haven't fallen off) but on paper the nutritional values look good

I've been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger. I've never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven't needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly! However, I haven't noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!
