5a durable shaker and in my opinion way better than a plastic one. ive dropped it a few times and it is still fine. the measuring units on the side of the bottle are very helpful for when your adding products. inside there is a filter so anything that isnt fully diluted doesnt leave the shaker. the lid is tight so nothing leaks and doesnt undo unless force is causing it to loosen and the mouth piece cap is firmly shut once pressed in till the clickGoes Well With:any liquid you want in the shaker.

Best shaker in the market
5I’ve tried so many shakers in the past. However, this one really beat the rest. The material of the shakier keeps my shake cold and it’s extremely easy to clean and does not give off any odour after repeated use.

Top Quality
5Great shaker, sturdy and sleek look, lightweight despite being strong. Bought to avoid plastics mixing with my water on hot days, the steel shaker is the best option for this.

5I was skeptic at first as I’ve never seen “metal shaker” flavoured protein. Once I got it I wacked it in the blender. It took a while to grind down and might’ve damaged my blender but once it was mixed in with my milk I tucked in and I was very impressed with the flavour. The metallic taste was to die for and the burn it gives your throat is sensational. 10/10Goes Well With:Milk, water, peanut butter

5Not a thermos so only keeps things cold/ hot for a small amount of time. Outside rapidly gets cold/ hot depending what's in it.
