Works great
4Just bought this chalk recently it has really helped me improve on deadlifts and pull related excesises giving me better grip and control, love the product its a all around great chalk for the price.

Gym Bag Essential
5I use this on heavy deadlifts. Only need to use a little bit and it makes a huge difference to my grip. The bottle will last ages.

5this really helps me at the gym, often my grip fails me when im deadlifting heavy and with chalk im able to lift more weight. great product would recommend

5I have been using this product for years and always return to MP when I run out. Liquid chalk is much better that powder chalk as you have to apply it much less often

Game changer
5I really struggle with grip and have been using gloves and/or wrist straps for ages. I've known about liquid chalk but always thought that was for people who lifted way heavier than me. Wrong- I'm just mad at myself i didn't get it sooner!! My upper session was amazing-no slips, my grip was solid, hit my max weights without readjusting every other rep! And you only need a small amount.

Great product
4A great price for the amount that you get. This was my first time trying liquid chalk, and I've already noticed a massive difference in my grip strength. I've been able to increase my reps more. The only downside to it is that is smells a bit funny, even after washing off but definitely still worth buying!

Stick to powder
2This stuff always seems to come off my hands more than any other chalk I've used and the bottle cap is flimsy and wore over time which resulted in my bag and everything in it getting covered in the stuff, will be sticking to powder, thanks for ruining my sbd belt 🤬

5Dries quickly but might need to reapply half way through a session does what it says on the bottle 👍

Brilliant, tough chalk!
4Chalk works well and stays on for long periods. It's very effective as you only need miniscule amounts to cover the whole hand! I apply when necessary throught my arm workouts and upper routines! It does get very messy though but it's normal! Wash your hands thoroughly afterwards!
