Gripping
4Great stuff, cant lift without it these days. Only gripes are that the lid gets gunked up eventually and people keep asking to borrow your chalk

5Just to start, this is a top quality product for the price, a tiny dash on to the hands and a shake and your ready to go. Extremely convenient and leaves no mess, 10/10.

Best Liquid Chalk for Lifting
5I have used MP liquid chalk for the first time and I can say it has improved my grip and muscle contraction. It take fraction of second to dry. 2-3 drop is enough for single use and it's cheap compare to others.

Chalk for serious grip
5This chalk does what it says on the tin. It properly bonds to your hands, wicks away sweat and is not messy like the powdered chalks. Therefore I can use it in my gym and not get funny looks! The chalk was key in helping me achieve a 207kg deadlift recently and is a fantastic training staple for keeping unwanted sweat from your hands. Would highly recommend and for the price, it’s very affordable too. Overall a fantastic product for serious lifters wanting to progress their training.

5Good gripping stuff, not as expensive as some but every bit as good, doesn't clog up at the nozzle like some liquid chalks do. Recommended.
