Favourite Gym shorts
My go to gym shorts for all training ,they stay in place and don't ride up when I run. The waist band is so flattering and comfy. Im a size 8-10 and wear a size small.

These are my post favorite gym shorts. The stay put and not ride up or waist band slip so I’m very happy with these. I’m a size 12 and got large which is very good fitting. Very stretchy lots of room
