Accidentally double scooped with a scoop of origin pre workout. Ants burrowed under my skin and made me feel like I was melting. Defo try again!

Does what it says on the tin I would advise only using 1/3 of a scoop when mixing with water or squash or whatever you mix it with can make your hand feel very tingly if you over do it Goes Well With:Squash with water, creatine and aakg my preferred mix for a good pre workout

Beta Alanine
I would be up the creek without this powder as it stops my debilitating condition which is called Aquagenic Pruritus. It causes agony but this powder stops it straightaway. Without these guys delivering it regularly for me I would be suicidal.
