Best supplement ever used
5The Mac Nutrition guy spoke about this years ago and stated it helped with PCOS. Started using it and my PMS had decreased massively. No crazy moods and no wanting to eat everything in sight. Shame MyProtein whacked the price up on it though.Goes Well With:Anything, fine in water and tasteless

Perfect for PCOS
5I can't recommend this enough. I went for 1 whole year without a period. I've been taking this since March 2024 and i've had two regular periods since. This has also helped with my moods, sleep and weight!Goes Well With:Squash

Still deciding
4I have not been using this long, I must say that I have been feeling a lot better since starting it and I suffer from PCOS which was the reason I purchased this product. You get a lot of uses as the scoop is tiny, the scoop is provided inside the pack. There is definitely no taste and I have it first thing every morning before anything else.

5The powder has no after taste which makes it easy to blend with anything. So far I like it but waiting to see any changes.Goes Well With:It goes well with anything literally. I mix it with different juices.

5Seems to be working well for me so far, it took a few weeks for my tummy to adjust but seems to be working for some of my PCOS symptoms. Dissolves well and doesn’t taste offensive.Goes Well With:Squash, juice, flavoured whey powder

great for mixing in water
5I do mix this in with the rest of my supplements in my water daily. It tastes like nothing and smells like nothing too! I take it with other pcos supplements and have gotten a pill free period finally.Goes Well With:water, green tea and I assume anything as no taste.
