5We have all benefitted taking this as a family, we feel it sets up up for the day and calms us all at night time. Our son had ADHD and Autism, and this really helps him.Goes Well With:One scoop mixed in with some squash - add it to the concentrate, wait for it to dissolve before adding water, we give this twice daily.

Please provide accurate scoop
3Good product and price. But like other powders requiring a small serving, please just make a scoop that is accurate and easy to use for one dose, having to try and make a 1 and a half of the small 1g scoops is annoyinv, surely making a 1.5g sciop so you just need to fill this once isn’t that hard. Goes Well With:Any other antioxidants

Right size scoop please!
3Good peoduct and pric, I have it post workout to help come back to a para-sympathetic nervous state after pre workout. Just PLEASE make a scoop that is accurate and easy to use for one dose, having to try and make a QUARTER of the small 1g scoops is a nightmare, how are you supposed to measure that?!Goes Well With:Ashwaganda Taurine Water

For anyone who struggled falling asleep
5Since being on my cut and dropping calories my sleep and recovery has been awful and I've tried so many things to aid my sleep and better the quality. This product is hands down the best I've tried and my sleep and time to get to sleep is so much better for it. Highly recommend.Goes Well With:Just mix with water before bed. I usually take it 15-20ish minutes before getting into bed and then will feel tired enough to fall asleep by the time I get in or at least 5-10mins after

Magic L-Theanine Powder
5I absolutely love this L-Theanine Powder. Having only recently learned about the benefits of this supplement i decided to try it out. I am delighted at how calm it can make you feel. It seems to also calm down my over active mind at times, which is a good added bonus. I like to take it at night before bed as it settles me down for bedtime. I can also take it in the morning and it helps wake me up but with an inner calmness. I wish i had known about this supplement sooner. I take it in either water or diluting juice and it mixes fairly well and has no taste. I will definitely be purchasing this from now on!! Goes Well With:Water, Water with flavour drops, diluting juice.

4Not sure about the effectiveness of this but will keep taking and see how I go..Ben taking for a couple of months Goes Well With:HMB and zink and magnesium

Bargain, yes it works
51st time ordering from here, can't lie, i always used bulk before. This was a bargain though, yes it was black friday priced but still. Very happy with the purchase. No difference in quality at all compared to others, thumbs up from me 👍 yes it doesn't mix unless you shake it but you need so little you might as well just put it straight into your mouth with water mix with your tongue and swallow 😅👍works for me Goes Well With:Coffee, good for focus, yes it does work btw, no it's not a massive increase, it's mild but you do feel it

5Speed delivery, good service as always. Use for sleep and calming effect, also use with caffeine for a smoother stimulant effect. Would say I've noticed some effect with higher dosages than recommended.Goes Well With:Anything. Straight to mouth then wash it down.
