5perfect for bulking and really helps me get in extra carbs i need to get bigger. u put it in squash everynight and it doesnt even really need to be shaken as it just dissolves and doesnt take any flavour away from the drink. just like drinking squash normally Goes Well With:squash

All round good carb
4I was very happy with this product. I needed extra carb and calorie sources to keep up with my calorie expenditure and to maintain fuel sources while training. I was very happy with how well the product mixes and how versatile it is with being combined with other products. Goes Well With:Can be used alongside any protein, intra workout or just simple with water. It’s the key benefit of it being unflavoured.
