5I absolutely love this product in my peri workout nutrition. Either included in my intra workout drink which also contains MyProtein EAA's and Myprotein creatine monohydrate or my post workout shake which contains MyProtein Maltodextrin and MyProtein Impact Whey. It helps with my recovery, transporting nutrients to my working muscles and glycogen replenishment. It mixes extremely well and a product that will always be included in my supplement stack. Goes Well With:MyProtein EAA's, MyProtein creatine monohydrate and MyProtein Impact whey protein

5Tastes great, mixes okay with a good vigorous shake. I’ve found it mixes better if you add 1 scoop of this, 1 protein, then 1/5 scoop of this.

Does the job
5Good product. Unflavoured and doesn’t have a chemical taste like some other unflavoured brands. Mixes ok. But I use a shaker to minimise the air in the shake and this leaves a few small lumps. Nothing that has affected me though. Overall happy with the purchase especially the price.

Perfect post workout
5Extremely cheap for 5kg, personally take post workout after lifting sesh. Mix it with 1 scoop of protein powder and happy days.Goes Well With:Protein powder and 300ml water.
