While chromium helps the body to metabolise3 the macronutrients protein, carbs, and fat — ensuring you’re making the most of your everyday diet. Plus, chromium also helps maintain normal blood glucose levels4 – that’s essential for your long-term health.
What does Breakfast Smoothie taste like?
Our Breakfast Smoothie is available in three of our favourite fruity flavour combinations — Blueberry and Apple, Mango and Passionfruit and Strawberry and Banana. And, if that wasn’t sweet enough, they’re made with real fruits, to pack a tasty punch.
1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.
3. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
4. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

Better Than I Thought
I wasn’t holding out much hope as other proteins mixes I’ve tried all tasted unpleasant, however, this was so tasty when made with milk! It kept me full for hours as well!

Very bad taste
The banana and strawberry flavour tastes of mould. Contacted customer service and they essentially said "that's fine, that's not unusual". A pity, as this used to be my go to breakfast. The mango and passion fruit one is fine if you're okay with very synthetic fruit/sweetener flavour.

Disgusting aftertaste
I got blueberry and apple and it doesn’t taste like blueberry and apples at all just takes like vitamins and sugar.

Refreshing Mango & Passionfruit
Made as instructed with 40g of powder & 300ml of water & a little ice, this mixed really well & made for a speedy, refreshing breakfast option, with a smoothie-like consistency (just thinner). As with any flavoured MP mix I’ve tried (whey, clear whey, pancakes, meal replacement etc) it is “incredibly” sweet, but still enjoyable. Very filling, great amount of protein & at just 150ish calories I’ll definitely be buying this again.

Tasty and Easy
Love the taste. Have had the strawberry and banana and the orange, mango and pineapple and both are so tasty. Easy to make and with the shaker bottle, there are no powder lumps. I think it's a great start to my morning
