Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Not suitable for vegetarians. Store out of the reach of young children.

Amazing
I’ve only just started taking these supplements and I suffer from a binge eating disorder where I binge on sweet stuff and this has suppressed my sweet cravings as well as my appetite, which is amazing for a snackaholic like me! I have no idea how it has effected my training, that’s why I gave 4 stars for effectiveness

Really kills my sweet tooth
These took a few days to work.but i really feel like they have stopped my sweet cravings..i take 2 or 3 tablets throo out the day.and i use the ultimate diet shake for breakfast and lunch.with the lipid binders.
