I’ve been taking Myprotein’s CLA for a while now, but honestly, I can’t really tell if it’s making a difference or not. I keep taking it in the hope it helps, but it’s hard to say if there are any noticeable results. That said, I’m happy with the price—it’s affordable and lets me stick with it over time without breaking the bank. I’ll probably keep using it and see if I notice any changes down the line!

When you shake the bottle it rattles about the same as the Car with the same name. Easy to swallow capsules. No nasty aftertaste. I take these alongside a couple other supplements and did notice a slight drop in my overall performance in the gym when I didn't take them and a slight increase when I started taking them again.

Takes some time to see improvements of the full effect of the CLA however but effective Goes Well With:Anything but it is dry so make sure to take a good volume of liguid before taking

Excellent product
Been using these just over 2 weeks now and can see a difference already. My belly fat seems to have decreased since taking these and can definitely see a difference in my body. I’ve been using these with Thermoopure every day and can see a boost in energy before using them at the gym too.
