1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
We recommend 1 scoop (25g) mixed with 300-400ml cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink.

Ordered the raspberry and strawberry flavour so easy to drink just tastes like juice 10/10 would recommend

Great product
I've tried many of the flavours and they we all great, I've gained a lot of lean mass and feel amazing after taking this supplement. However, I was a bit dissatisfied with the Orange and Mango flavour, my two favourite fruits sounds absolutely delicious and yet makes me feel nauseous when I drink it. other than that it's a truly amazing product and makes cutting much easier. I recommend the Vimto flavour it's incredible

Orange mango all the way, so refreshing after a workout and a lot lighter than a typical protein shake.

Pink Grapefruit
Lads some of your flavours are hit and miss, Apple, Strawberry, Cherry all nice but pink grapefruit literally has a taste of diesel! Love some of the other flavours and I’m a very loyal customer!

Absolutely disgusting
I love bitter lemon.... this is not bitter lemon, this is a mixture of artificial flavourings and preservatives which cannot be healthy for human consumption. You're better off consuming nuclear waste.

Great protein
I’ve only ever used MP protein on & off since I started training at 18. However, using dairy/alternatives milk would make me feel bloated & I’d often feel sick after a protein shake but hated fruity flavours of creamy protein. Last summer, I saw this clear protein and got the cranberry & raspberry flavour to try and I love it. I find when I actually remember to take it consistently, I see the benefits. Another plus to the protein is that I can just mix it with water & it’s like drinking dilutey juice and actually makes me feel refreshed and hydrated when I drink it!

Horrible taste and doesn’t mix well
I have loved products like this in the past I really enjoyed a cherry flavoured tub I had bought a month or so earlier when I received this I looked forward to trying it as I am a huge fan of pineapple I expected an familiar pineapple taste but was disappointed when I found it tasted like old school banana medicine almost making me sick I usually can fight through a bad taste and go on with it but this was another kettle of fish definitely do not go with this flavour I suggest going for older proven flavours.

Mouth-watering Peach Tea
Was skeptically worried of that overwhelming powder coat/taste left on the tongue but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the Peach Tea flavour to the point of a verbal 'oooh'. Will purchase more once used and maybe another flavour to try with Peach Tea in my corner as back-up

Absolutely Amazing
Ordered the 2 marvel themed protein shakes. Hulk- green plum and kiwi Spiderman.- strawberry and raspberry These 2 had a much finer grain to the protein compared to other clear protein shakes I've ordered from MP. They mixed very well with no clumps and came out crystal clear after resting them in the fridge. Having them cold from the fridge is THE BEST protein shake experience I've ever had. Super refreshing, amazing taste and super smooth. Would highly recommend. Design is cool too if your a marvel fan. It's such a PITY these are limited edition and by the time I've written this review the hulk one is out of stock. But I've ordered 4 more spiderman ones as I don't believe they're coming back :(.

Whey too sweet
Love the clear whey idea in concept, but this flavour (raspberry lemonade) is so sweet it was a challenge to drink. Had it twice and gave the rest away.
