It helps your brain cognitive health, reduces inflammation internally and most importantly helps joint health. Good supplements
5Taking to help boost Omegas - have noticed that the joints are less creaky since starting them. And they don't taste or smell like fish which is a nice bonus

Easy one step to healthy joints
5Have taken many varied cod liver oils but since I started taking this brand few years ago, none come close to the effect on my body. Feel heaps better in my joints and movement.
