Creapure Vs Creatine
4Upon research I found that Creapure is slightly more pure and thus effective than regular creatine. I had used creatine before and noticed good effects, but on Creapure my PBS began to increase quicker. Therefore I can conclude that it is more effective than regular creatine which is already very effective. Whilst not essential id highly recommend this supplement!

Value for money
5Cheaper than many alternative brands and good as well. Most important point is that it is tasteless and usually will pop them every morning. Goes Well With:Collagen

Suggested Daily Intake (2.8g - 4 capsules) is way too low.
3Good product and no issues with the effectiveness itself, but ONLY when I increase the daily dosage to double (5g and 7-8 capsules). I have bought these previously and at one point during a historical order MyProtein recommended 7 capsules per day on the tub which is closer to the standard 5g per day for a maintenance phase. However, for some reason the more recent labels have been changed to suggest a much lower and almost pointless dose of 2.8g and 4 capsules per day. Can't understand the logic of that as I say at that 2.8g dose it's almost pointless. So a good product yes but humbly suggest taking closer to the 5g per day which has always been a perfectly safe and standard daily dose recommended with any creatine product.

Creatine tablet review
5Very new to gym workout I was using the protein muscle builder as I have problems getting the amount of protein and calories needed to build but the combination of the both with my weekly workouts I've already seen some big changes and my appearance and muscle building... Witch had given me a massive confidence boost would highly recommend both any other myprotein products extremely well priced big ganes over short time..

5really great due to the capsule preventing bad taste, and it gives you an exact measurement so you know exactly how many servings you have and how many are left. highly recommend. don’t hold in mout too long or plastic decomposes and leaves a funny flavour.Goes Well With:water smoothies
