Bad taste
2Good creatine but always just buy the unflovored because the tropical taste is so strong and sweet it just very bad :(

Creatine powder
5I put it in chocolate whey protein shakes made with milk, and clear whey protein shakes before my workouts and I feel like I can lift a lot more and recover faster I have compared it with days off it and days on it and I think its very good. Also I get unflavoured and when I have it in my shakes you cant even tell any difference when drinking.Goes Well With:Protein shakes of any variety

Tastes great; mixes well
5Over the past six months I've tried out the Unflavoured, Berry Burst and Blue Raspberry flavours, and found all of them to be great creatine powders that do the job well. Of those three, I'd probably recommend the Berry Burst flavour most. The flavour may be a bit too sweet for some, but that can easily be solved by diluting it with a little more water.
