Good product
3Creatine is an excellent product but the berry blast is much too sweet for me. If you dont like sweet drinks I would avoid berry blast.

5Not going to lie, the first few days of taking creatine the difference is visible and the flavour (berry burst) was incredible!! If I could give a 10/10, I would :)

Great and cheap!
5This is an excellent supplement - v. cheap, health benefits range from helping build muscle to cognitive, and probably one of (if not THE) most research verified supplements out there! So, when it's so cheap, why wouldn't you? I prefer the unflavoured powder version. The tablets are quite big, and often kinda chalky. If you have the powdered version, and unflavoured, mix it in water and you can barely notice it's there! Or add it to your post-workout protein shake, or your own PWO (even the bought PWOs often include creatine). It's an incredibly versatile supplement!Goes Well With:Water!

5Very happy with the product, I got the non flavoured version and it mixes well with my shakes without ruining the taste. Would definitely recommend

Decent Product
3First of all the tropical flavour in my opinion is absolutely awful and it was actually hard to stomach, i really regret not picking unflavoured. The effectiveness personally wasn’t too effective on me but varies person to person. Brilliant price though but I highly recommend choosing unflavoured.

Great Product
5This is a fantastic product, i have been using it for years. I used to buy the more expensive Creapure but moved to this and honestly don't notice the difference. Can be a little difficult to mix so when taking it before the gym i just mix it with some hot water from the kettle and add some cold once it is dissolved. Or alternatively just mix it in with a protein shake, but some of the creatine does often get left in the bottom of the shaker (just add some extra water, swill and drink again).
