5quick delivery, happy with my purchase, as usual with Myprotein. tastes pretty similar to squash drink and will support my development and increase workout performance. Just what I wanted. Goes Well With:Orange & mango squash orange & pineapple squash

Cracking Creatine
5Used lots of creatine in the past in this is by far the best, blends very well and totally unflavoured - mixes great with water/protein shake. Cant be beat on price!Goes Well With:Coconut Protein.

Good stuff if you get unflavoured
5Creatine Monohydrate unflavoured is probably the best due to it being 100% where as flavoured is at least 10% less so makes sense to buy unflavoured that way you can add it to anything you like, my fave is add it to wild cherry Lucozade at for the gym no stirring required let the Lucozade do that for you, you can literally add this to anything you want, favourite drink, shake or 100% fruit juice, I just wish My protein would get the zip-lock bags seal on straight both sides as each one ive had has never been perfect, so since then ive had to always transfer to a tub.Goes Well With:I always add to milk on a morning when I make porridge, or add it to a protein shake or even just with water, you cant really taste it much in water at all provided you dilute enough in min 300ml anything less and you will start to taste it though it doesn't have much taste at all on its own.

Effective, but too sweet
4After trying the unflavoured version and experiencing amazing results I thought moving onto a flavoured shake would be a good way to mix it up. I picked up the chocolate brownie flavour, it mixes really well (even better than the unflavoured) and the smell is great. Unfortunately the actual taste is good for the first few sips, then it becomes overbearingly sweet and almost artificial. I understand that these products aren’t meant to be five stars for taste but this honestly puts me off it. Goes Well With:Milk: counteracts the sweetness and makes the shake creamy Water: quick and cheap but the texture is strange yet manageable.

Best value supplement on the market.
5One of the best forms of creatine I've had on the market. There is not much variation with unflavored Creatine however I've tried more expensive brands and the mixability has been worse. Always stick with getting a big bag from here, lasts me ages and mixes well into my pre-workout / post workout shake. I would personally get the flavored variety if you don't have any other forms of shakes you can put this in. I don't need to mention anything about Creatine itself, amazing supplement and if you are a regular lifter this should be in your stack no questions asked.Goes Well With:Whey Protein / Pre-Workout
