5This creatine is an amazing, very small amount you need to take 3g to 5g a day. The unflavored version you can take with everything: smoothie, juices, whey protein, water, etc. Give me more energy with my workout, very happy and very impressed with it. I will recommend it to everyone. Also price-wise is good. Goes Well With:Goes well with water, milk, any liquid.

Worst creative going
1Once of the worst tasting creatines I’ve ever had in 10 years, the re-seal bag also doesn’t work and the product is just a shambles.

5Great product and easy to minx. Had to give a 1 star for taste as i got unflavoured. However would highly recommend and will be buying again. Goes Well With:As i got the unflavoured i chucked in a scoop of peanut butter
