As good as any other 'brand' and at the best price.
5Great supplement, great price. There's no point going for a specific brand when it comes to Creatine. So I recommend MPs based on price. Goes Well With:Water, Juice, or Protein Shake.

Choosing Flavour
5There’s no doubt creatine works and this one is extremely cheap for the amount you get. But if you are debating getting flavoured or unflavored I recommend unflavored. I purchased the tropical one and the flavouring is so Strong and sweet my shaker is now yellow and smells tropical all the time. The flavour isn’t awful but with the unflavored you can just add it to a preworkout or juice with no difference in taste.

Great product
5Tasteless and mixes well with water. I mix mine with my EAA drink. I've not noticed a physical difference other than a little water retention but my focus and reaction time seems to have increased Goes Well With:Strawberry and lime EAA

Great and cheap!
5This is an excellent supplement - v. cheap, health benefits range from helping build muscle to cognitive, and probably one of (if not THE) most research verified supplements out there! So, when it's so cheap, why wouldn't you? I prefer the unflavoured powder version. The tablets are quite big, and often kinda chalky. If you have the powdered version, and unflavoured, mix it in water and you can barely notice it's there! Or add it to your post-workout protein shake, or your own PWO (even the bought PWOs often include creatine). It's an incredibly versatile supplement!

Good - Tropical
4Although all of the powder doesn’t dissolve in water the creatine still tastes good and don’t need a mixer. The only cons would be that it stains clear water bottles and leaves a yellow surface stain on teeth but not permanent. Goes Well With:Only water
