Creatine Monohydrate Powder
5Kicked in after about 4-5 days, had more energy and slept better. Great that it doesn't have a taste, usually blend in a shake but have found stirring it into yogurt works really well as the powder is so fine it's not gritty. Really pleased.

It’s okay
5When doing my hours of research before getting back into the fitness sector, creating powder kept coming up as the best option for me to use, espically hearing that it would give good energy to take before my workout whilst I was working out. However I have found it 50:50 of performance, but I guess everyone works differently in their body.Goes Well With:I use water and I this before workouts.

5I love thissss, I first started off with the normal daily dose of 3G but then I done the loading stage for it which I recommend if you want much faster results!!. Now I’m back to the 3G a day and can say I have put on much more muscle than I would have without this. Also found I can push myself harder through workouts and running. I put on muscle very easily but this powder has made me see really noticeable results in less than a month. So easy to take aswell, I just take it with water and mix it wellGoes Well With:water or juice

Fantastic product and fantastic service
5This product was a very good investment as I have found that it has really boosted my performance in the gym. Managing to get them extra few reps it makes it all count!! I feel like my recovery has been alot better! I would highly recommend. Goes Well With:Usually consumed with water.

What you expect at a good price
5For me creatine mono has always been the best supplement out there for strength and size. No need for added extras. The basic one is all you need and with a good Myprotein offer on then it’s well worth it. Goes Well With:Don’t bother - I just shove it my gob neat

Reliable and cost effective
5Great product, used for years with great results. Taste is a bit odd if you dont add it with anything flavoured though, it easily mixes with whey protein powder so this should be a non issueGoes Well With:Impact whey protein

Tropical is disgusting, otherwise a good product
2I understand that creatine monohydrate is a great product for helping with short-intensity workouts. The product mixes very well with water however I found that the flavour for my product (tropical) was WAYY too sweet and had a nasty aftertaste. Being someone with a sweet tooth, this was a huge surprise, I literally cannot use this product and hope that they send me a refund or a flavourless version of the product.

Great used before lifting
5Feel great taking 10mins before starting my lifting session and will be buying the mixed berry one again and has a really nice taste I show it from the scoop and then drink water to wash it down with. Goes Well With:Water
