Creatine mohydrate powder
5I mix a scoop of this in with my whey protein powder to save time and avoid the taste. I get a good effect from it and helps me when i'm pumping iron in the gym.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein powder

Can’t do a workout without it
5Go between this and pre workout back and fourth, this it a much cheaper option and works just as well if not better, provides energy for a number of hours. I normally get dizzy turns at the gym due to heavy weights this product also helps to prevent it. Can not recommend enough Goes Well With:Usually mix it with water (1 1/2 scoop for stronger taste as one is very weak but still effective) or do a dry shot then water for faster effect

Good product - mixes well
5I've used creatine from other suppliers in the past and found it difficult to mix - it's normally too crystalline, has a gritty texture, and sinks to the bottom of whatever you're mixing it with. This powder is much finer and mixes well, forming a suspension in water - or it mixes well in a protein shake. It is completely flavourless, and so you can mix it with water (no shaker required - a stir with a teaspoon will do) without any unpleasant taste. I've also found good results using this product.Goes Well With:Water or protein shake.

4I tried berry burst and I really didn't like the flavour that much, the best one I tried was lime and lemon flavour. I'm sure it works, to soon to tell.Goes Well With:Protein/sugar/vegan milk.

5Creatine Monohydrate Powder blue raspberry has an effective great taste and works extremely well when I'm at the gym or at home. I have tried different product from other suppliers and not been satisfied so i am please to say my protein creatine monohydrate blue raspberry has my 100% approval keep up the excellent work HAPPY DAYS 👌👍👌 Goes Well With:Mix with water great taste 👌👍👌

terrible taste
1I normal buy the plain variety creatine however thought I would try a flavoured variety. Be warned, This is disgusting! It is Extremely sweet and synthetic in taste that leaves an awful after taste. I would not recommend this to anyone and it has confirmed that I will never buy flavoured creatine again! Goes Well With:The bin

5I never leave reviews but had to for this creatine powder. I felt like I had hit a plateau in the gym but this powder has given me the serious boost I needed. Within a week my strength has increased and I’m lifting heavier than ever. Gives a good pump, tasteless and very mixable. This stuff is a staple for me going forward! Goes Well With:Water and juice
