All good but a few worries
4Been taking this for around a month, I have noticed some slight increases in strength however this could just be due to progressive overload. Taste is decent (I have blue raspberry flavour) and is good value for money. However an issue I’ve found that my girlfriend pointed out to me was that I was having mood swings and being a bit more aggressive and touchy, only started once I started taking creative and I have found that it can be a side effect. Overall a good product for money and would recommend however just be careful.Goes Well With:Water

4Mixes extremely well, I mix mine with my protein shake, Cost is spot on, Not used it long enough to be able to say how much of a difference it’s making but so far so good. Goes Well With:Whey protein

I guess works
5one of the cheapest ones, esp on discounts, always buying upfront, dont have anytaste and dissolves very easily Goes Well With:Straight scoop to mouth and rinse with water. Like nothing happened.

Pretty good
5Says it's unflavoured, actually is unlike a lot of products. Mixed it with tap water and even then didn't notice it minus some cloudiness. Best to drink in a shaker bottle or if you have a glass, keep a spoon handy because it sinks to the bottom after a few seconds. After loading 2 and 3/4 scoops, 4 times a day for a week it starts kicking in nicely. It's creatine so don't expect instant results. You have to load your body with it first. Goes Well With:Water. And myproteins pre workout powder. Seemed to improve my mood too lol

Absolute beast
5I got the unflavoured so tastes of nothing but I like to mix minewith some orange squash or something or even just gub a spoonful before having a black coffee before a work out. After a couple days of taking it I just step into the gym and throw weights about and I find it hard walking through doors regularly because of my gains. I’ve had to get a permit for my guns and I’ve ripped 3 pairs of jeans due to my absolute quads . Good product . Would recommend Goes Well With:Goes well with being sound .

5This was my second order in just over a week. I’ve read all the reviews and ordered the flavourless so I can mix it with water or juice before and after working out. It mixes really well and I hope to start seeing the benefits soon. I must say the speed of delivery from My Protein is second to none. I ordered my Creatine at around 10pm and it was at my door by around 12.30pm the next day. Excellent service again. 5*****Goes Well With:Water

5Thought this product was great! I have tried many others and this doesn’t come close to them. Creating is generally hard to mix, but this does an excellent job of it, while providing a better taste. Goes Well With:Juice and other supplements such as mypre.

Easy, tasty way to get creatine
5After having the unflavoured creatine powder previously, the flavoured version allows me to have it as a separate drink just before my workouts. The powder mixes in water rarotonga without much effort. The tropical tastes like squash and is a nice refreshing taste for a high protein diet.
