3I noticed a increase in strength however it was at the sacrifice of my lower body that put on “weight” due to higher water retention caused by creatine. This is a effective, good tasting product but if your like me and want a good lower body to consider not using. ( however more exercise could promote a better body with this )Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

4This is a good product, very happy with it, I struggle to naturally eat enough, so this has helped and I have seen improvements while on the plan I'm taking, which involves one mix a day, if I'm in a rush it will be added to my normal protein shake. I have unflavoured to mix with anything and works a treat. Doesn't lump at all.Goes Well With:I mix with fruit juices or within a normal protein or pre workout shake, if I'm restricted to the amount of shakes I can drink, usually from working nights.
