5It's great and mixes well. Just don't use too much in a shaker because it ends up adding like a rough texture to your drink, you can't really taste it though so all in all 5*Goes Well With:Impact diet whey

Definitely notice difference
5Good simple product. Definitely notice a bit of extra strength and endurance which is helping with my cut. I mix it with my protein shake and cant taste it. Sometimes a wee bit it left at the bottom but not too bad.Goes Well With:Protein shake

Get Unflavoured
5I Wish I read the reviews before buying. I don't mind the taste of the BCAA's too much and thought this would be the same. Terrible terrible taste, the blue raspberry is actually hideous and looks like a Smurf has melted in my shaker. The flavour is nothing like raspberry (of any colour) and tastes way too much of sweeteners. The colour is neon blue and much much stronger than the BCAA's. shame I stocked up because of the offer. Next time I'll get unflavoured and just add to my shakes!Goes Well With:Unflavoured, with your normal shakes.

Didn't notice any positive effects
3Took the unflavoured one - to mix it with other drinks/juices. The mixability is generally good, but the tiny particles settle quite quickly - so if you don't drink it all in one go, it needs a good shaking over again. Since the tiny particles didn't dissolve entirely in the drink, it gave a granulated effect. Therefore the drink made you cough - kind of rough feeling (like you have sandpaper in your throat). Unfortunately didn't spot any positive effects in my training (although I took it either 6g or 12g per day). But the price is good, making it a cheap supplement for those who spot any differences in their trainings.Goes Well With:Some flavoured drink

Pretty good
4Mixes well into my water, doesn’t really have a taste which is neither good or bad. Have noticed slight increase in reps but nothing major therefore I am satisfied. Only minor complaint is that a tub instead of bag would be much more convenient. - good product Goes Well With:Anything
