Does the job, not great to mix
4This create does what you want it to do and I have noticed that I can get that extra couple of reps in my workouts, the taste is average but that's just personal opinion anyway ( I had the orange flavour) it was just a bit dull for me. I love myprotein products and the only problem I had with this one is the notability, not sure if its just me but no matter how much I mix and shake it always leaves powder at the bottom, genuinely my only complain about it :) Overall great supplement and I do recommend it!

Not bad - but
3For the love of God do not get these in flavours, especially watermelon. I much preferred Creatine HCL for taste and the bloated-less feeling.Goes Well With:the dustbin

DO NOT BUY BLUE RASPBERRY
4Effect: I found I could do 5 reps of a heavy millitary press wen I could usually do 3, if I took about 3 scoops before the workout. Very good. May have marginally increased water retention, but if it did, not by much. Taste: DO NOT BUY BLUE RASPBERRY. It tastes VERY strongly of Palma Violets, and is extremely sweet and sickly (even though I have a sweet tooth). Even unflavoured is better I think. Goes Well With:Squash - Robinson’s Orange Squash.

Good value for money
5At the price its at, amazing creatine. Mixes well and has very good effect which is important as this is its selling point so it should do what its ment to, I personally dont enjoy the flavours of BCAAs Creatine etc so the Peach Mango was meh however this may be different for others.Goes Well With:Protein powders.

5I got the unflavoured. To say it was cheap would not do it justice. It’s great value, product is exactly what you need for an extremely good price. Wouldn’t hesitate to reorder this time and time again. Super speedily delivery in a well packaged box. Goes Well With:Protein Shakes / Squash / Milk / Water / Oats / Smoothies

5It's really good I have give it a try and I like it so much I take unflavored because I sometimes mix it with protein powder Goes Well With:Water protein powder and if you want u cAn mix it with beta alinine

THE WALL BREAKER! - recommended product
5So good, if you need a boost to your workout I suggest giving this a go! Although I did not do the loading phase you can still see results. Those who do HITT and long distance running this will allow you to break through "THE WALL" increase your physical gains and energy throughout the workout. I managed to smash a 12k run under a hour which for me was relatively hard. Watermelon taste is fantastic! Goes Well With:Water
