5I love taking creatine and i do so everyday. These tablets are great for that but i do recommend drinking it with something flavoured other than water. The taste isn't that bad but it isnt amazing. Great product and would recommend to anyone who needs to take it frequently.Goes Well With:Flavoured water

Good value creatine
5Well priced! This creatine product has shown impact on my maximum lifts and as a result feeds into my performance when racing over 1000m (rowing). Mixability and taste are not relevant as they are tablets. Large, but easy to swallow, particularly if you take all three together I find!Goes Well With:Training hard!

4Prefer the tablets to powder. These are effective and definitely help with performance. Tablets are a little big.

Very effective
5When I take these tablets I’m stronger and able to complete so much more. It really helps me challenge myself and complete respectable amount of sets especially for me as a beginner and looking to build strength and do resistance training

Better than the powder
5I really didn't enjoy taking the powder at all so these make it much easier. The tablets are quite big but are still pretty easy to swallow. I've seen a little bit or progress while taking them so I'm happy (taking 3 a day at the moment).

Like swallowing bricks
4Nothing really to complain about apart from the size of them. Creatine is creatine, but if you struggle to swallow tablets then these definitely are not for you. I suggest sticking to the powder.

Really Great
5It's helped me to get the boost when I hit the gym, I am a person who goes to the GYM 4 days a week and in those 4 days, I want to get my maximum output. Creatine Monohydrate Tablets so far helps me to achieve that. Only one down point is it's difficult to swallow.

4A regular purchase of mine, tablets are so convenient but make sure you drink water with these as they are a fair size, so a big gulp.Goes Well With:Water in the morning
