Big'ol Tablets
4Great tablet, no doubt about that! It works amazingly before and after your workout. I have been taking these for about 2/3 days now and already it's shown signs of improvement in my workouts. I workout from home as I don't have the confidence nor want to spend stupid amount of money for the gym, but that's fine by me as I have everything I need, and these just give that little extra oomph! The only downside is the size of the tablets. They are ridiculously big, I struggle swallowing them even after halfing them. I may change to the powdered version and compare between the two.Goes Well With:Water. Protein shake.

5I swear by these now, o started using them around 4-5 weeks ago & I can see myself how much stronger am I. I was probably the ‘average guy’ at the gym(using 20kG dumb bell) I’m now at 32.5kg and getting stronger every week. I take 4 of these a day though not three it says on the box. 1 morning, 1 with dinner, one before workout and 1 after. Only downfall is they’re big for tablets so hard to swallow.

5I have only been on these for 2 weeks so can’t fully comment about the results but have noticed some pointers over this time frame. Firstly I have read other reviews saying they are hard to swallow which did not apply to me at all I was able to swallow the three of them at once with ease. I guess these people may have problems swallowing tablets and if you are like this you should get the powder. Secondly I have seen improvements in my strength from when I have started using it faster than normal. My muscles also look better. My next point is that they taste of nothing which I find good as this makes it easy to swallow and doesn’t taste horrible like the flavours of the protein powder. Finally on my first two days of taking them I felt like I had to drink more water in result I peed a lot more and felt a bit bloated but this side affect past on the 3rd day and didn’t come back. Over all a good product and I would highly recommend it, if you are following the recommended intake if you are planning to take a lot more I would recommend the powderGoes Well With:Water

4At 5gr a day this lasts a lot for a great price. Creatine is one of the most studied supplements in the market. A must have in any athlete stack. MP Creatine is cheao and convenient. Delivery is also super fast

Prefer this over powder
5Abit more expensive than getting the powder form, They are easily ingested and Creatine is cheap anyway. 100% will be getting these again.Goes Well With:A nice glass of orange juice , too easy,
