Does what it says on the tin
5Very good and easy to use, simple guide and very quickly see the results from using this supplement. Where it is unflavoured it can be mixed in to any drink Goes Well With:Any of the wide choice of protein shakes

Great product
5Tough to mix with water, but keep a spoon handy and it'll help get it down. I can't really feel a difference, but too many studies suggest it works not to keep using it!

Quick & simple to use and very effective!
5Thought I’d try this creatine in particular out of all the other ones as it’s my first time trying it and after three weeks taking everyday I can say I am seeing changes as in more toned muscles. Just mix with 250ml and take it in one after a workout. Works really well and definitely recommend! Goes Well With:This goes best with water.
