3So far no physical side effects, feel as though I have a bit more energy as well. Been taking less than a week so no indication of results. However!! Ever since I started taken them I've had the strangest and most vivid dreams at night, very odd but also unexpected.

Great for metabolism
5I have a slow metabolism and I am always incredibly constipated. I have started taking these 1st of January in conjunction with healthy eating. I can’t quite tell whether these give me a boost of energy, however they have fixed my toilet problems. Ever since I have been taking these, I stopped having toilet issues and in the 3 months I’ve taken these I have lost 9kg which is about 20lb. I 100% recommend these and i am about to purchase my second lot of supply. Goes Well With:Healthy eating.

5I read all the reviews, including negative ones but still tried these, with caution. I have had no side effects. No stomach pains etc. I have lost weight with a very calorie controlled diet. Seen no noticeable difference in energy, but I've also not lacked in energy. So I would definitely recommend. But same with anything, do you research. But I'm very happy and just purchased more.Goes Well With:Anything. I take in the AM.

1Nothing absolutely no difference, can't say they give me energy or help weight loss when I'm actively trying to loose weight. But having read reviews may explain why my wind smells so bad 😬.

5I take these every morning before my cardio workout. a lot cheaper than some alternatives and seems to do the same job. easy enough to take with no bad after taste. even better they are vegetarian.Goes Well With:water

Definitely feel like they’re doing something
4I’ve lost a couple pounds along with diet and exercise but I really feel like they’re suppressing my appetite so I believe they’re doing the job basically,, would recommend.
