Wish I knew about the benefits of Omega 3 ages ago
5After having some blood results come back, I looked into the benefits of omega-3 as I don't really get enough of it in my diet. Now I wish I knew about it sooner, take it first thing in the morning after breakfast and that's enough. Skin feels much better and is less oily on my face and the dry inflammation I get from sweat on my palms has signifcaintly reduced.

5I have a knee issue and found since taking the omega essentials I dont suffer from the same aches and pains. If I do a particular hard workout on my knee, it's pain free the next day. Along with my collegen protein, I attribute it to these!
