Omega-3 tablets are very cost effective
5To start with I think these are a great product especially if you are looking for an effective, bang for you buck tablet. I used to take other omega 3 supplements prior and I have not seen a change in effectiveness leading me to believe these to be just as good of a product. I highly recommend if you can purchase some of these alongside your other key supplements. I personally take 2 tablets with my breakfast in the morning followed by a final tablet with my dinner. I have never chewed or burst a tablet so I cannot comment on the taste, however I do find the tablet coating has a distinct flavour which may put people off, so it may be worth testing this prior to purchase.Goes Well With:Alongside meals allows me to stick to a routine for consumptions of vitamins. I would recommend a drink alongside as they are large tablets.

Improved flexabitly
5It's early days as I've only been taking them a week but I've already noticed an improvement in my joints. It may have also had a positive affect in the recovery of the niggling pains I seem to get after a heavy session. I'll finish the bottle and see how we go but all good so far. Zero bad taste, goes down well with my morning protein shake.
