Really good
5I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I take them with 3 others after my dinner. I feel a lot more awake everyday with loads more energy. Goes Well With:I have mine with iron and folic acid, also calcium and vitamin D. Don’t recommend to have them all plus the gummies for hair & nails as this makes me sick.
