5Exactly what it says on the back. Just some top notch omega 3 supplements with DHA and EPA. Great value for money. Myprotein has become my go to place for protein and supplements.

4Decent. Seems to have helped with inflammation which Omega 3 decreases. My old man knees no longer creak as much as a rusty Skoda’s suspension. Goes Well With:Water, WD40.
