4These tablets are great if you are looking to improve your fitness and lifestyle. They are ideal for people that struggle to take tablets in general as these are smooth and are easily swallowed not to mention they don’t taste of anything. Personally I think they are ideal and essential for those who are trying to improve their health. These are a must buy from MyProtein.Goes Well With:I find taking these tablets goes well with water. Typically I take these tablets at the start of my days along with vitamins C and D tablets.
