More than just weight loss
After a few days of taking this I feel a lot of relief from bloating, my digestion feels a lot better and somewhat leaner after two weeks plus exercise ofc. it has also caused a noticeable improvement to psoriasis that I have had for a long time in conjunction with medication of course. There is a digestive element to psoriasis so it does make sense I don't think I can live without this anymore for this reason aside from it's weight loss potential Goes Well With:Exercise and not snacking between meals

Does not bind well to fat
Studies show that this fat binder does not work as well as claimed, binding to an extremely small proportion of dietary fat. This is a waste of money.

They seem to be working
I bought these as I am struggling with menopausal weight gain. I have found that my appetite is a lot less and I have stopped binge eating so much and last week when I weighed I had lost four pound so looking forward to seeing what I lose in the next few weeks.
