Not the same as previously
2I have been using the unflavoured product for well over 5 years. I mix it with 3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, and about 2:1 ratio stevia chocolate flavour wey. Mixed with a fork to a thick mousse consistency and chilled overnight. I did once try using the chocolate flavoured casein instead of the wey, but it was horribly sweet and I threw it away. Using the latest 5kg bag, which no longer reseals and is very thin plastic, no matter how much casein I use it remains thin, runny and watery. I will not be purchasing any more.

Superb to keep protein levels throughout sleep
5The strawberry flavour is great with milk - tastes a bit like Mcdonalds shakes. Swirl it in the shaker rather than shake it otherwise it goes foamy. Keeps protein levels up through the night and aids in recoveryGoes Well With:Milk

It fills a gap
4Fills a gap when I'm feeling hungry, fuller for longer when eaten with food. The texture is a bit powdery, I bought unflavoured so the taste is nothing to shout about but that's not what I bought it for. Overall it does the job and I bought it againGoes Well With:Water

Every Night
5The hard gainer's secret weapon. Take it half hour before bed. Maintains a drip feed to the muscles while you sleep. I never miss it. Goes Well With:Mix with the protein hot chocolate and some cocoa powder for a richer need time drink.

Excellent Casein Powder
5Have been using casein for my post-workout meal together with whey for a few years. Prices have gone up over the years, but the 5kg pack is still the most economical.Goes Well With:Frozen berries

Solubility ruins it all
1I got the Milk Tea flavour. Taste is pretty good. However, the solubility is unbelievably bad. The powder is essentially hydrophobic and clumps up. Using a shaker would result in a very thick layer of foam which ruins the taste and releases a weird smell. Stirring it in is just not possible as well as it floats and clumps up, resulting in a very time consuming process. Perhaps it is just this flavour with solubility problems but it is so bad that it is pretty much undrinkable.

Formula has changed for the worse
2Unfortunately MP have changed the formula of this product. I used to mix it with almond milk and water to create a dessert texture but now the Casein does not thicken, it remains thin with lumps. To get the same texture you have to use 3 times the amount and the flavour is ridiculously sweet. Very disappointed as it used to be a great high protein, low cal dessert before bed but I won't be buying again unless they change the formula back.Goes Well With:It's OK with Greek yoghurt
