DO NOT GET THE BLUE RASPBERRIES!
I’ve been using MyProtein’s pre-workout in the blue raspberry flavor, and while it’s effective, the taste leaves much to be desired. The pre-workout mixes well with water and other liquids, with no clumping or residue, which is a plus. In terms of performance, it definitely gives a good boost of energy and focus, helping me power through my workouts. However, the taste is where it falls short. It’s incredibly bitter, and the blue raspberry flavor comes across as artificial and unpleasant. I’ve tried mixing it with different liquids, but the bitterness is hard to mask. If flavor is important to you, this one might be tough to get through. While it does its job, I can’t say I enjoy drinking it. Overall, it’s effective, but I really hope they improve the taste.

The only negative with this (cola) is it tastes sooooo good I get sad when I finish it. 30 mins until lift off then it’s all systems go. Perfect pre workout.Goes Well With:Endorphins
