Meal replacement breakfast on the go
5I’m not normally a breakfast eater which means I usually don’t eat until about 1pm when I find myself craving something sugary. I want to lose weight so I know I need something to kickstart my metabolism in the mornings... that’s where these come in! Great variety of flavours, a couple I didn’t like the sound of but are surprisingly nice (apple crumble). I lost 4.8lb in my first week, I never usually lose more than 2lb. Tastes like a treat, no lumps, fills me up and is helping me to drop the numbers on the scales. Goes Well With:Almond Milk, MP shaker bottle with the shaker ball.

Good idea, but Natural Vanilla...?
4I bought this as a way to decide what flavour to buy next since I was disappointed with Cinnamon Danish. It’s a good idea, and found some nice flavours, however I would suggest throwing away any natural vanilla pouches - it is honestly the most vile protein product I’ve ever purchased. It stank of cheese (and I mean STANK. It stank out my whole kitchen) and ruined my porridge, which I put it in. I had to throw it away and make a fresh bowl. It tasted disgusting.

Sample box
4Great way to figure out what flavours suit your tastes but also very frustrating that you get repeated flavours and don't get to try as many as you should in such a big box. Effective protein product though.

Sample Pack
4As I write this I'm still working my way through the sample pack. I only gave 3* for taste as when I was sampling the Natural Vanilla, there was zero taste off it, there was 2 natural vanilla sachets and both were zero flavour. The others so far are really nice. Goes Well With:Natural/Greek Yoghurt

Love them!
5Love the convenience of the variety pack plus being able to choose a different flavour after my runs. I found they really help to reduce muscle soreness after a tough run and ensure that I have some decent nutrition when I can't face food. My son has one after his para-swimming lesson too each week. Only slight issue is with the mixability, but if you leave it to stand for a few minutes after mixing, the little lumps do dissolve. Goes Well With:I always use semi-skimmed milk for creaminess.

A mixed bunch
4Good value for money. Great to allow you to try a bunch of flavours you’d never order a full size batch of. However—they included a bunch of bizarre flavours that were downright nasty. Probably 1/3 of the box is flavours I’d consider actually ordering....Goes Well With:Water!

Sample pack
5The sample box is such a good way to try new flavours without having to commit to a whole bag you might not like. There’s a nice mix of ‘traditional’ flavours such as vanilla / chocolate as well as some more adventurous ones like the blueberry cheesecake. I like to get this box every once in a while to change things up. Goes Well With:Porridge / mug cakes

Didnt expect this!
5I must not have read the product description properly because u thought I was getting one of each of 10 flavours for just under a tenner, which would be excellent value in itself for samples. When I opened the box I was delighted to see TWO if each flavour, so 20 protein samples at about 50p each. Bargain! I wanted a sample box to try some new flavours and mix it up a bit - I usually use impact whey isolate banana but it gets a bit samey so this is a perfect option to keep it interesting without having lots of huge bags sat around my tiny flat. I'm most excited about salted caramel, jam roly poly and blueberry cheesecake. Effectiveness I've given one star as I cant vouch for impact whey (not isolate) yet Goes Well With:All MP whey powders work well with milk. Get a mp metal shaker (doesnt smell if you forget to clean it) and a mixer spring ball and you'll get the smoothest shake ever without a blender.

Sample shakes
5Brought theses as I hadn't really tasted all the different flavours. Was pleasantly surprised, had 10 varieties and apart from the banana ( which tastes likes children's antibiotics) I loved them all. Did take a bit of getting used to tastewise but they are great especially if your like me and get bored with the same thing.Goes Well With:Almond milk
