Just started Keto - Very Impressed
I ordered the keto starter kit (coffee and walnut flavour) after doing some research and deciding to give keto a go for weight loss and other health reasons. My order came really quickly after ordering and I was able to start sooner than I thought. The powder itself is really easy to mix with no big clumps of powder. But after reading some other reviews, I do have to agree that mixing 2 scoops with 300 ml of water is a shake that is too thick for my preference. So I go with 500 ml and that works great for me. I'm really happy with the nutrition that the keto blend offers and would 100% be ordering again. If you're just starting out on keto, like me, I would recommend this highly. It takes a lot of the guess work out of tracking macros/fat content etc while I find my feet with it.
