What does Kre-Alkalyn® Creatine work well with?

absolutely amazing

I have had to admit defeat!
Firstly I must say the capsules turned up very speedily and well packaged. I am sure I am in the minority when I say I just can't tolerate these capsules. After 5 days I have had to admit defeat! Since starting taking them I have had a sore stomach and feeling sick. On the 5th day, I had reduced down to just 1 capsule (a quarter of the recommended dose). After doing my worst 18 mile run ever, and trust me, I have done a lot, I had heavy legs, a sore stomach and felt a bit sick, I decided to stop taking them. Since stopping them, I have felt completely fine again. I will just have to work hard to get performance improvements naturally.
