Good so far!
Only been taking these for 2 weeks and so far I have lost 8lbs (most likely water weight) but I’m over the moon! I feel as though I’ve got so much more energy throughout the day, I’m usually completely burnt out by 3pm but I’m not anymore. I’ve been sleeping much better. My mind feels “clearer”. I’ve noticed a big improvement with my exercising too, I’ve been out of the gym for over a year and I was expecting to be in a lot of pain once I went back but I’ve had minimal pain! The reason for 4 stars is because they’re so big, it’s almost impossible to swallow one whole so I just break it in half which is easy enough.

Been taking it for a few weeks now. Too early to say if it’s doing anything. Tablets are easy to take though. Not much taste either.

Hard to swallow
These tablets are WAY too big making them very hard to swallow. Surely it's possible to reduce the amount of bulking agent?

Easy to take, just two per day at whatever time suits. Goes Well With:Usually take with water.

Really effective
L carnitine is useful for turning fat into energy. Personally I like to take it an hour before a workout for the effects to really kick in. Got a bit of a tangy taste otherwise it’s convenient.Goes Well With:Water
