Be careful with this if ur a woman
I’m a 5,6 125lbs woman and took two scoops as directed on the product packaging. Lowkey felt like I was about to explode. Like I simultaneously felt like I was thanos and also like I was about to die. So that was lovely. One scoop is more than enough. And make sure you eat food before taking this otherwise you’ll feel sick. Don’t take it to try boost ur fasted workout with this you’ll feel awful. Other than that it works great, deffo get itchy kinda tingles but idc abt that to be honest with you. Tastes kinda grim but does the job.

Amazing
I have the blue raspberry fizz flavour and it tastes amazing! I cannot complain about the flavour at all as normally when buying these types of things they don’t taste very good but this is great. The pre work out definitely helps me in my workouts and I feel like I can can get more reps or even lift heavier. I would highly recommend.

Amazing flavour (sour apple) and smashed a load of PBs when using it. I can’t drink caffeine so have always avoided pre-workout powders, so this has been a game changer for me. Highly recommended.

This is a good value for money and the dosages are not too extreme which is a good thing in my opinion. But just know that Dosages mentioned in the label are for two scoops. Which is little deceptive. But still it is good value for money and pretty good pre workout
