Pure anabolics
Works really well in the workout but the crash is the problem. Maybe it's because I'm young but I get a big crash with it even with a half dose.

Good Value for money
This is a good value for money and the dosages are not too extreme which is a good thing in my opinion. But just know that Dosages mentioned in the label are for two scoops. Which is little deceptive. But still it is good value for money and pretty good pre workout

Waking Up
I work out every morning without fail. But sometimes at my tender age of 63. Sometimes I need a pick me up. I find Alpha pre workout hits the spot to trigger my enthusiasm. Only negative point is the sucralose content. Stevia would be my sweetener choice.

Great Taste but …
This is my first time trying this pre-workout and I have to say the taste is great. Much better than other brands I’ve tried. It suggests a 20g serving but I would advise against this as it left me itching like crazy for the first hour which was rather uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to beta-alanine I would recommend 1/2, maybe even 1/4 of the suggested serving. Other than that, it works well!
