Inulin
Inulin is a natural prebiotic which the body cannot digest and increases the amount of good bacteria in the gut by feeding it. This makes it a convenient, high-fibre supplement, which can promote gut health1.
Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds
Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds contain plant-based protein as well as both soluble and insoluble fibre . Fibre is an important part of the diet, but many find that getting the recommended 30g per day can be difficult. As we mentioned earlier, oats are already rich in fibre, but adding flaxseeds and chia seeds into your already fibrous morning oats can bring you closer to reaching your fibre requirements for the day.

Too sweet
Apple pie flavour is too sweet and too full of cinnamon. Not for me.

better than expected
I am not normally a fan of oats unless they have a ton of sugar, but this was nice, didn't take long just added milk and put in microwave for 2 min and it's doneGoes Well With:milk

Doesn't work - Hard oats
Tried making my own protein porridge at home with protein powder added. It wasn't very nice. This is just as bad if not worse. The oats don't go soft as the powder doesn't allow the mixture to soften them. There's a strong protein powder taste to the dish as well. I've come to the conclusion that protein porridge just doesn't work.

Breakfast in 1,2,3
I love these perfect protein oats, it is the handiest and quickest way to make protein oats with both the oats and protein combined together. The flavours aren’t bad at all but I would add some my protein flavour drops to make them even nicer! Goes Well With:Fruit, yoghurt and a sprinkle of granola

Protein Oats
I love these for a quick breakfast to prep every day for work. Dark Chocolate/Orange and White Chocolate/Strawberry are the best flavours in my opinion. The Apple Pie tastes a little bit fake for me but not bad. The recommended serving is quite large so I have 75g instead of 100g.Goes Well With:Oat milk

Great product!
I think these are class, especially for when in a rush or on the go because it’s got protein, carbs, flavour all in 1. They are simple to make and mix really well. The sample packet is class, not only can you bring them with you but you can try all the different flavours before committing Goes Well With:Peanut butter, some berries and a little granola

Great texture but strawberry white chocolate flavour lacking in any flavour of white chocolate and had minimal strawberries. Will try the other flavours as the porridge itself is pretty good with the chia seeds inside, but I recommend soaking in milk before cooking because they take longer than the packet says.
