Works well for me so far, but...
4This has worked quite well for a boost to my workouts but I do not like the flavour I bought. I'd like to try the flavours as well before saying I don't like it at all. I am more concerned with effectiveness than the taste so if it helps, then I am happy with it.

Great prework out gel
4It’s my go to gel for the gym a gives a burst of energy. Tend to take it about 15mins before heading to gym

They work
5I have one of these about 20 mins before cardio and in my opinion they deff give the boost of energy that's needed. Tastes delicious too which is a bonus. I like to keep mine in the fridge.

The berry blast pre gel
4I really enjoyed this product as it tastes great and comes in a gel form so it is really portable I am a rower and I find it great to take before a race an erg test or some hard training as I can just sit it in the footwell and it wouldn’t weigh the boat down, overall I think this is a great product as it works gives a good pump and tastes good

Convenient and nice kick
5Super convenient, no mixing powder before the gym and getting it everywhere. Tastes great and good strength, and balance of ingredients. The beta-alanine content is just the right amount to feel it working, but not enough to feel like fire ants over your skin. 5*

Not as good as The Pre-workout
4I would normally go for the pre-workout which has 300mg of caffeine in but that is out of stock so frequently that I get this as the next best thing and it is the next best thing. The taste is great and better than any powder that pre-workout that I've tasted especially from My Protein. With caffeine levels of 220mg this is the highest caffeine content on the My Protein website next to The Pre-Workout. This I would highly recommend for combined flavour and pump that it can give you.Goes Well With:I've not mixed it with anything so could not comment on its mixability.
